1. Do I need an eye test?
   We believe everybody should have an eye test regardless of whether they are going to be purchasing coloured lenses. However you do NOT need an eye test to wear them or a prescription from the opticians.
2. What is the minimum age?
   There is no law stating a minimum age for fashion cosmetic accessories for the eye. Customers should always read the instructions before wearing the lenses to avoid any danger.
3. Can I loose a lens behind my eye?
   No. There is nowhere for it to go. If you think that you have lost a contact lens, flush your eye with water to help it come out.
4. Who can wear Crazy Lenses?
   Crazy Lenses can be worn by people who don't need vision correction, but who simply want to change or enhance their eyes.
5. What is the best way for me to return my items to you?
   We always advise our customers to use a form of delivery that requires a signature on delivery. The majority of items are returned to us using Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery.
6. I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?
   You should return the item quoting your details. Please enclose a proof of postage receipt and we will fully reimburse you for the cost of the returning the item(s) back to us on the understanding that the item(s) has been supplied incorrectly.
7. How do I know that Crazy Lenses is providing me a quality assured product?
   All our products sold at Coloured Lenses are CE approved for use in the UK European Community. Coloured Lenses are manufactured in accordance to cosmetic standards and is deemed in UK law to be a fashion accessory.
8. Is ordering with Crazy Lenses safe?
   100%. Our website is secured using a leading online security firm. Your personal details and credit card details are not stored on any other systems. If you have any concerns over the security of your information or transaction, please contact us.
9. Do I need any specialist advice to wear Crazy Lenses?
   Crazy Lenses are non-prescription Plano lenses which do not alter your vision therefore you should not require a specialist consultation prior to wear. However, you should use Crazy Lenses very carefully and always recommend you visit your optician for advice on wearing contact lens prior to wear.
10. Can I wear my Coloured Lenses overnight?
    No. Always remember to take your Crazy Lenses out before going to sleep. You should never sleep wearing your Crazy Lenses. Additionally you should not prolong the use of your contact lenses longer than necessary. You may end by starving your eye of oxygen by doing this and cause damage.
11. How long will my Crazy Lenses last?
    Crazy Lenses are designed for up to 30 days from opening use provided the lenses are well cared for, stored and handled properly. You should never use the lenses any further than 30 days from opening.
12. Can I store Crazy Lenses in tap water?
    No. They must be stored in a disinfecting solution.
